On the day before the Amsterdam meeting, guests arrive at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. After a warm welcome by our friendly meet & greet staff the company will be transfered to the Banks Mansion Hotel, which only takes 30 minutes by bus, or 20 minutes by taxi.
Located at the historic Herengracht canal, in the very heart of Amsterdam, the Banks Mansion Hotel draws on the surrounding heritage of art, design, and culture. It offers an intimate atmosphere where truly personal service and stylish comfort fuse together seamlessly. In a stately building that was formerly a bank, many of the rooms overlook the canal.

Day 1Daytime The guests start the day with breakfast in the hotel before they set off to the Westergasfabriek for the conference program during the Amsterdam meeting. Westergasfabriek’s venues are sturdy and ruggedly elegant, with weatherworn walls, high ceilings and huge original roof constructions. The renovation work was restrained and respectful, because the buildings are at their best in their original state. Day 2 Daytime The second day starts at the Westergasfabriek again. The program can consist of keynote speakers, panel discussions, subsessions or workshops, according to your ideas and preferences. Live Solutions will provide a detailed plan of action to take care of a stress free production. But there are many more services we can provide. In between the sessions the participants are able to enjoy a drink and a luxurious lunch, served in a separate area in the venue, or outside in the park.

Day 3Daytime On the last day of the Amsterdam meeting the conference at the Westergasfabriek. The combination of the atmospheric industrial monuments and the tranquility of the surrounding Westerpark make the Westergasfabriek a unique multifunctional space. During one of the breaks it's possible to relax for a moment and go for a stroll in the Westerpark where you'll find lots of beautiful trees, streams and playgrounds - and dozens of vibey event spaces, galleries, cafe’s, bars, restaurants, a theatre and even a cinema.

At night To close of a successful Amsterdam meeting, the last day ends with a high end party with an informal atmosphere. At Zuidpool, an intimate venue, a walking dinner is being served while a live band plays upbeat music. More and more people enter the dance floor and make the party a great success. |

Day 4In the morning After breakfast at the Bank Mansion Hotel the guests are heading towards Amsterdam Schiphol Airport were they return home from their Amsterdam meeting after having experienced Amsterdam to the fullest in only three days. |
