Live Solutions can provide you with a complete, well-trained technical production team, who have experience in working with a variety of international clients. Overseen by our Technical Production Manager, this team can build a great production, from small scale presentations, to large scale award shows or product unveilings. Live Solutions produces it's own technical drawings and thereby gives you direct insight on how a venue or a stage will look.
Our Meet & Greet staff has great communication and customer service skills, and has in-depth knowledge about every aspect of your event so that they can answer every question your guest might have. Your own Live Solutions project manager will work as transportation manager, overseeing last minute requests, handling exceptions and delays, preventing possible problems that might occur.

Meetings with different breakout sessions might require room monitors to ensure the agenda is kept. Live Solutions provides experienced room monitors, who will make sure the speaker is comfortable at the start of the presentation, ensures the room is kept clean, questions from attendees are answered, and most importantly, ensures that the sessions adheres to the scheduled time by discreetly letting the speaker know what the remaining time in his slot is.
If required we arrange for experienced guides, who for example travel together with your guests from the airport to their final destination or during tours. We can also arrange walking tours, bicycle tours and city tours to match your program.
